Too complicated
Also unintuitive. Uses unusual configurations for common functions. The recordings are as always very good. But the interface has too many layers of swipe, and that makes it cumbersome to navigate.
This app is a lifesaver
I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorder. This app is a lifesaver while I’m going through a panic attack. I’ve tried others but I’m so used to this voice that it became my safe space. Really helps me let go and focus on my breathing.
My go to app
I listen to it frequently, to go to sleep, when flying, for inspiration. The voice is very soothing. Background music relaxes me. I preferred prior version though. 5 stars application. Thanks for making it available.
Great app for meditating
I love this app it has all the great meditations it along with Soultime by Danny Silk and others provide ultimate mediating experience, magnificent anxiety chasers, marvelous depression scatterers, and more, such as meditations for halting and stopping fear, among other greats. Good app overall
