MeditationPal is for people who already have the audio they love to meditate with, and just want a beautiful, tranquil place to play it.

BRING YOUR OWN AUDIO
• Paste a link from a podcast, a video page or a direct audio file — the title and author are filled in for you.
• Import audio from Files: guided sessions from a teacher you trust, retreat recordings, a body scan from a course you took years ago.
• Your audio keeps playing with the screen locked, with artwork on the Lock Screen.
• Every track gets its own soft, generated cover — or pick a photo of your own.

PLAYLISTS FOR EVERY PART OF YOUR DAY
Organize sessions by purpose — a morning playlist, an evening wind-down, a focus set, a body scan collection. Long-press and drag to put them in exactly the order you want, or reorder your whole library by hand.

LAYER CALMING SOUNDS
Add rain, ocean, forest, fire or wind beneath any track and set each one's volume. Or open the Soundscape mixer on its own, with an optional timer, when you just want to unwind.

GUIDED BREATHING
Box, 4-7-8 and resonant breathing with a slow, breathing circle and gentle haptics — a minute of stillness whenever you need it.
