## MEDITECH MHealth Description
MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family’s care. Use your existing Patient Portal logon ID and password to get started with MHealth.

With MHealth, you can:

• Communicate securely with your care team
• Request new appointments and see details for upcoming visits
• Pre-register for upcoming appointments
• Review laboratory results and radiology reports
• Track immunizations, allergies, and conditions
• Manage home medications and request prescription renewals
• Reference visit history information and forms, including discharge instructions.

If you already have a Patient Portal account through your healthcare provider, and your provider has enabled access through MHealth, you are ready to begin. If you do not already have a Portal account with a MEDITECH affiliate, visit your healthcare provider’s web page to learn how to get started.

The app used to be great, but now it’s horrible, I can’t see any of the reports for my son which are very important for his health, not all his specialist use the same hospital system and I need to print reports for some and I can’t even view them. I reached out moths who and never heard back from app support. If you use the app don’t expect to receive any important reports.

This is the only app I consistently can’t get on. Every time I try to log on it claims my password word doesn’t match anything in the system I’ve had to change my username and password at least five times. Meanwhile I can’t get my lab results. I am very frustrated.

When I use the MyChart in epic app it’s so nice to be able to schedule and reschedule right from the app. I can see appointments slots available which is a lot easier than the methods for scheduling on this interface
