First time getting the app. Almost everything is member-only. I can’t reap much.

I am unable to download.

I have been trying to update my medium app, I got a prompt that my iOS does not support current version but I can download the previous version. I have been trying to do that but it’s not going through. I have been using medium for a couple of years now but this new development isn’t giving me access. Kindly make the previous version available for me

Medium awoke something in me I thought I had lost , now I’ve started reading again and I plan on writing and publishing a book in the coming years .

Unresponsive App

I have been unable to use the medium app on my phone for a while now because it keeps prompting me to check my internet connection as I appear to be offline but my network is just fine and still I can only access my account through a browser. I have also updated my app but there is still no improvement. This has proved to be a huge challenge for me and I need urgent assistance. Thank you in advance.
