Stop working my iPad
It says it requires a superior iOS version but I can’t upgrade it more than I already have. My iPad works perfect and it makes no sense to exclude devices which has still a long life. I cancel my subscription

Why do you do that? Why do you make people create accounts that are linked to something? Why can't I view the material as a GUEST? Outrageous.
Soporte inexistente
Llevo varios días sin poder entrar ni en web ni en la app. No hay manera de contactar con su equipo de soporte salvo que escribas un tweet. No he recibido ninguna respuesta. La app sigue sin dejarme conectar.
