Be aware that the free version just keeps asking for money all the time, like most apps.

I’ve seen lots of ill informed pieces on this channel that border on misogyny. It seems contributors don’t like women over 40 and there is little science or research used to inform people’s writing. Not all but a lot of it. It’s a shame as something written by real experts is appealing for developing debate and supporting mindset growth. Seems people just want to get published! Regardless of the quality

Whoever designed a “like” button that so easily spams accidental likes and doesn’t allow you to undo them shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a user interface until they’ve spent an extended period in isolation reflecting on their actions.

This morning Medium gave me an article on Western perceptions of poverty by an African psychologist and an examination of white attitudes to black art. Both were genuinely informative, horizon widening and engaging. Well worth the subscription.

I feel like all roads lead to medium. From what I can tell all of the best content creators save their best stuff for medium. The quality of what I’ve read so far has been exemplary.

LOVED this. My one observation would be that we need to stop separating an IT solution and architecture from our business. Maybe Digital Leaders need to stand up and have more confidence in themselves? Digital Transformation IS Business transformation. People, Processes and Tech are not siloed but interdependent as described here- our tech is not neutral and separate. Technology is the system that blends our people, their ideas, our operating processes and the hardware/ software tools we use. So Enterprise Architecture is Organisational Architecture.
