## Medzy Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Pretty useless"
I downloaded this app and signed up and did the consultation in hopes that I would get a prescription faster than it would take to see a doctor cz where I’m from its not easy. I was wrong. 16 days later it still says “a pharmacist will review within 24 business hours” pretty sure there’s way over 24 business hours in 16 days. Cancelled my consult and deleted the app.

### *---- "Frustrating experience dealing with a refund from a non-authorized purchase"
My experience with the Medzy app has been nothing short of disappointing. Not only does the app fail to ask for confirmation before automatically ordering my prescription without my acknowledgment, but it also struggles with refund processes. This lack of transparency and accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on the app's reliability. Despite my attempts to seek a refund, I encountered difficulties, adding to my frustration. As a result, I've decided to delete my account and seek alternatives that prioritize user consent and provide efficient customer service.
