Medzz is a personal health record organizer that helps you store and manage your medical information in one secure place.

Instead of keeping scattered papers, images, and PDFs, Medzz converts your documents into structured medical records you can easily review and share with healthcare professionals.

Medzz is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace a doctor. It is designed to help you stay organized and informed about your health history.

• Store prescriptions and treatment instructions
• Keep all files in a single organized timeline

Medzz extracts important details from your reports so you can quickly find test names, values, and dates without reading entire documents.

Medzz allows you to maintain a continuous health history:

• Record vital signs (such as blood pressure, glucose, and weight)
• Review previous results during doctor visits

Medication Management

• Save prescribed medications
