В принципе пока альтернативы нет по доставке, мы вынуждены использовать Мист. 
Почему ? 
Самостоятельно удалить посылки у себя в кабинете Невозможно!  Нужно звонить   На горячую линию, объяснять зачем и что ты хочешь удалить и только так! 
У меня еще посылки висят за 2019год, как такие которые на складе и ждут оплаты. 
Сменить пароль это вообще танцы с песнями и бубнами.

Маю побажання: хотілося б бачити зручніше пакування — наприклад, коробка, в якій приїхали мої кросівки, була дуже сильно запакована. Розумію, звісно, що так надійніше, але тут трохи переборщили. Щодо вартості доставки, вона виявилася трохи вищою, ніж очікувала, тому, можливо, варто запропонувати більш гнучкі тарифи або промокоди зі знижкою на брендовий товар.

У мене від нього лише позитивні враження, новий дашборд і інформація по складах — все на видному місці! Лише іноді спостерігаю невеликі затримки в
оновленнях статусу посилки, але загалом
працює добре.

Місяць “Не брала додаток до рук”, а вже змінилося головне меню. Помітила, що з’явилися нові панелі табло та адреса складів. Ще не розібралася, правда, що за інформація про “Рівень”, а так буду юзати надалі, планую робити свою першу покупочку з Кореї, перевіримо заодно, як працює дашборд!

Після оновлення додаток минулого місяця міг працювати некоректно. Дашборд показував неактуальну інформацію, а фотозвіт не відображався. Поки був в офісі, то обходився сайтом. Станом на зараз він працює значно краще! І помилок з айфону не виникає! Попереду зимові свята, то поки від покупок втримаюсь, а вам побажаю успіхів там!

Ви просто супер. Класний дизайн і простий додаток. Разок мамі показала, так робить покупки усі сама. Зі смартфоном їй куди краще викуп замовляти. Днями сидячи у кафе, Таобао переглядає, а ввечері купує все по списку, що в день запланувала. Мама скільки всього назамовляла, що не знаємо, куди її першу екібану ховати.

Скачав додаток, коли почав замовляти все більше речей напряму з китайських сайтів. Інтерфейс не складний, і замовлення можна зробити самому, якщо ознайомитись з інструкцією. Товари доїхали у відмінному стані, тому дякую компанії за роботу. Попереду ще новорічні свята, тому бажаю успіхів!
