Most financial tools seem to fall into one of two camps. Either they’re extremely basic and give everyone the same generic guidance, or they assume you need to pay a financial adviser thousands of pounds a year. Warren sits somewhere in the middle. You can chat to it naturally, explain your situation, goals and concerns, and it helps you build a personalised financial plan around what actually matters to you. It asks sensible follow-up questions, creates action plans, tracks progress and produces forecasts and visualisations based on your own circumstances rather than generic assumptions. What impressed me most is how quickly the team improve the product. I’ve been using it for about a month and have already seen significant updates based on customer feedback. It’s not a replacement for regulated financial advice, but it is an excellent thinking tool and sounding board for people who want to make better financial decisions without being forced into a one-size-fits-all solution. The plan was workable but quite generic, not tailored to individual needs. Once you start opening a chat window with Warren the interface is virtually unusable. Messages are missing, not fully displayed on the screen, the chat window jumps up and down while trying to scroll.
