I’ve been unable to access meezan banks digital banking for over an year now. I have a 16 Pro Max and the it asks for biometric verification which always fails because the camera pop up won’t focus on close up. Please fix the issue. The camera on the phone is perfectly fine. You need to tweak your application.

It doesn’t load straight up after quitting few times you can see the balance and when you try to initiate a transfer or payment it will start loading up and gets stuck, after that i have to quit the app and load it again. It is a pain to transfer money or pay bill. I will be lucky to get it done after 15,16 times and still it doesn’t load up

Since registration on Meezan ebanking I’ve been unable to use the app. It pops up a screen saying please update your app, however both my iOS and app version are latest and there is no further update. Still the app won’t work and ask to update. Contacting the app support didn’t help either as they are just repeating what the app is already saying - update your app. What a rubbish app, and now I have to revert to use ebanking using the browser. World is now on Mars and you guys can’t even fix an app or even try to understand the issue when customer contacts you.

Furthermore, after providing the required hand scans, I receive a notification stating that the service is not available in my area. This message leaves me perplexed, as I have never encountered such limitations before and am uncertain why this restriction suddenly applies.

As a loyal customer of Meezan Bank, I rely on the convenience and efficiency of the mobile banking application to manage my finances. However, these recurring issues are hindering my ability to access essential banking services and are causing unnecessary frustration.

I kindly request that you investigate these issues promptly and provide a solution to ensure a seamless banking experience for customers, regardless of their location. Additionally, I would appreciate clear communication regarding any updates or changes to the app’s authentication processes and service availability.

An error will appear that you don’t have transactions in last two weeks and the option you will have is to press OK button and instead of directing you to change dates for required statement, it will simply take you to home page and the cycle continues….
