I'm paying for the Pro Plan. But the mobile app is like a fan parody app from garage. I have written, and even sent a screenvideo, about the error to support, but I have not received any reasonable help. Just a reference to the knowledge base. The app keeps crashing, stuttering, many times not even uploading even on a wifi connection. And I thought Dropbox had the worst app… Sad. :(
I hate it so so much there isn’t a bigger thing I hate in this world that this app, I can’t log in even if I know the password is right plus I can’t even download a video because it says transfer quota exceeded every five minutes, and when I waited for a day the next day I tried it again it did the same thing when I was on like 70% it’s so stupid I don’t get why it does that
Doesn't work more and more often. When opening the app or uploading a picture from library the app doesn't load. Not reliable
Always worked so fine but few months back it started saing “couldnt download” or stuff like that i have the free one and i dont know what to do anymore

It’s pretty good but i literally have 30 gigs of space in my phone and over 1 tb in my cloud and when i download something and i click save to photos it keeps saying “insfucent disk space” and i cant do anything with it.
Using it about 2 years. As a free user (20 Gb space) i love it. Just select what folder u want share and connect it to other pc and its done. Works fast and good. I cant imagine working without this Cloud. Thx nice work. And top of all: they dont annoy you with ads like (buy more space, special offer or else) install, use, enjoy. Using on 3 Pcs and one phone.
App is terrible, lags, downloads take forever on mobile and laptop
Cant preview files in native ios files app. Also the sync works like 50% of time
I love MEGA and the new MEGA Drop feature (where people with no MEGA account can upload files to your cloud). I only have one question, would it be possible to implement it into the mobile app? It would be so helpful. Thanks!
