MEGA’s strong and secure end-to-end encryption means we cannot access or reset your password for you. You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Losing your password and the account recovery key will result in lost access to your files.

What to do
So interesting situation…I can watch a series on my Iphone usin Mega without log in… from Opera its opening the app on my phone and the episode is starting without any problem, but I cant use it on my Ipad, Second is when I wanna register I dont get any email about it, everythin is up to date…so I have some really confusing problems, and it makes me sad :( Hope they can do something with it. Thanks,

Missing files
I don’t know if it’s just me but I noticed a couple of my files were missing or inaccessible for some reason but the folder shows the number of files that are supposed to be in there but when I open it it only shows a little or nothing.
File upload doesn’t work
It’s been week since the photo upload doesn’t work. Besides, file and video streaming is so slow like in dial-in internet times. The problem is not with my internet connection, everything else works fine.

But file uploading doesnt work like 80% of the time from wifi, i experience this only in the netherlands. Tried several wifi networks. From mobile internet it works fine

Please fix it
It's been really slow for a while. The application exits by itself. Upload is interrupted. The device practically boil if it doesn't exit before it starts the uploading. The application is practically unusable at the moment. This is also the case with iPhone 12, 7 and iPad mini 5. I don't think that's why we pay the monthly subscription. If you fix it, I will also correct the rating.
