You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Losing your password and the account recovery key will result in lost access to your files.

Saw an advert for this about a VPN and found the cloud storage. So much better than Google Drive!
Trouble logging in
I had an account around a year ago but took a break from editing (which is what I use mega for) and now I can’t log in or create an account with my original email, it gets stuck on a loading screen both when I try logging in and when I try to go through the recovery process, what should I do :(

When i use it why does it millions of minutes for my video to load,is it me or ur app,i try use scenepacks and it dont load fast enough,can u like fix it or whatever.
good, but..
Very easy to navigate. Okay so I am and editor and I use the mega app daily so I can download my scenepacks. What bothers me is the amount of time it takes to download, and I can’t even use other apps while my stuff Is downloading or it will pause. Also it bugs me that when I finally finish the download after waiting two hours I come to find that it hasn’t even saved to my gallery it just simply says that it’s complete, so I have to download everything again (sometimes multiple times)

Good app but..
Mega is amazing to download content off of it but sometime you cannot download the content on it it will pop up with “this file is already being downloaded” when it hasn’t even started! This is my feedback thank you

Easy to use and very convenient
loved the app but…
i really loved this app, but i dislike how when i had gone over the storage limit without realising (had not been on the app in a couple months due to a busy schedule) i either had to pay for a plan or i’d lose my account and all the media on it. as a broke student i ended up loosing all my photos and videos which is incredibly disappointing. it would be nice if you let us delete media when our account is over the limit for as long as we need to up until the delete date, instead of for just a short amount of time and then making us pay
