After i update this app, there’s a first problem when i uploading new files suddenly it crashed down and the second issue is after downloaded my files as offline files, after using it without internet connection, these offline files that cannot be seen or playing, or no images. Please can you fix this asap on my iPhone 7 Plus iOS 15.8.3, thank you so much.

Didn’t update it after so long since it worked fine. Yesterday it started crashing when opening. I updated it, still the same. Typical apps abandoning older apple devices.
What is the problem? I cant open the file on the app
I’ve been using this app since last year of 2023 (september) and i love it so far. The only issue is that sometimes, this app bugs from time to time and when uploading lots of files/photos into a folder, the app glitches to the point where it just doesnt upload my files even if I click here and there and repeat the same “upload” button cycle, It just doesnt upload or anything. 🫤 I have an Iphone 13 that i recently just bought last year around June 2023 and I’m saying this because if you think that maybe MEGA glitches for me cause i have a broken/lame phone; p.s I dont lol. Iphone 13 is a perfectly good phone. Anyways, that’s all the issues so far that I’ve dealt with using this app. I hope the developer or creator of MEGA can acknowledge the ratings, reviews, and comments (including mine) that people give in order to make this app better and greater. Thanks 🙏

You mentioned that out files are encrypted how come when I opened one of my album here you know that it only contains photos and videos and mentioned this “ As this folder contains only images and videos, we've automatically opened it in media discovery view. You can enjoy your visual content with a more immersive layout. You can disable this in Settings.”
Improve the time to load up a video for playback. Because i want to watch a clip before I decide to download it. 20sec videos on this app takes sooooooo lonng to load. It's a waste of time
