Грусть, печаль, тоска
Удалили все мои данные (фото, видео), за бездействия в течении 3х месяцев
Вчера приложение перестало открываться!
Установил приложение позавчера, день попользовался нормально. А вчера оно перестало открываться. Нажимаешь на приложение, запускается начальный экран и оно дальше не грузится. Сейчас попробую удалить и переустановить его заново, если оно не заработает, то оставлю низкую оценку. Две звезды только за то, что приложение смогло проработать нормально хотя бы один день, но этого всё равно очень мало. Update от 01.01.2025: Переустановил кстати приложение Мега, и теперь оно работает как положено. Функционал вполне удобный. Мне всё нравится. Если опять будут баги с запуском, то буду писать в саппорт и опять снижу оценку. А пока, ставлю 5 снеговичков 5☃️

Исчезли все файлы
Пользуюсь очень давно, с 2014 года . Потом Вы не предупредили мне и удалили все мои фотографии. Как так можно? Пишу вам в поддержку, никто не отвечает.
Scummy practices.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. Wanted to download something from mega, they wanted me to use the app. The file got downloaded, yet I wasn't able to access it without signing up, and btw they don't even support sign in through Apple. Thankfully I'm jailbroken so I was able to extract my downloaded file from the application data folder without signing up and promptly deleted mega.

Пропали файлы остались пустые папки тех поддержка не отвечает фото видео 10-13 летней давности испарились в МЕГА «надежном» облаке

Доработайте плз еще финальную функциональность: 1) в первую вкладку Cloud drive добавьте плз папки из бэкапов которые спрятаны в device centre (в this device и в other devices) 2) во второй вкладке Фото: добавьте в альбомы: альбом где все видео, альбом где все фото (не gif), и все альбомы которые будут вести к папкам с фотографиями из уже созданных. 3) добавьте кнопку в плеере удалить трек. Вместе доведём приложение до идеала! С уважением, ваш пользователь.

Без предупреждения удалили все мои файлы! Которые я бережно хранил на MEGA. Если Вы не вернете доступ к моим файлам, буду вынужден обратится в суд для дальнейших разбирательств.
