You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Face ID: MEGA accesses Face ID to allow you to easily unlock the app's passcode when you enable this option.
Local network: MEGA accesses your local network so you can place and receive calls through devices that are on the same Wi-Fi or other local network.
Location: MEGA accesses your location when you share it with your contacts in chat.
Add photos to photo library: MEGA accesses your photo library to add photos and videos to your device gallery.
Photo library usage: MEGA accesses your photos and videos when you upload them, share them through the chat and when camera uploads are enabled.

VEry good app but No video strolling anymore?

Please bring back the video strolling features. i just switch to iphone 15 pro max, previously using iphone xs and there is the video strolling effect, like when you touch and slide at any part of the screen, left or right to forward or rewind the videos, up and down to adjust brightness and volume. Or is it not optimise for iphone 15 pro max yet? And also please if possible have an option for a 1tb storage subscription. Thankss..

Super duper lag when my storage going to full,please fixed this super annoying issue!!!!

Problems in creating an account

As I recently installed this application but when I try to create an account after filling all the forms and accepting all the terms and conditions It takes too much time to create an account . In short it cannot create an account for you. Worst application.

Basically a editors app now

Good to use , but want more buyable options.

As i live in a country that doesn’t have stable online payment system , i would like to have an option to buy a centain amount of storage with one time pay off option. A little more expensiveness is not an issue for me but the regular monthly or yearly would be a disaster to me.

MEGA hangs

This app hangs really badly.

Videos wont play offline

App is good having a big storage but wont let me play videos offline like drive

videos won’t play

downloads keep showing retrying and won’t start, videos of any format won’t play. please fix these bugs
