I have been trying to get support to help me recover parked data on my account after finding my key but all I get is automated responses with no help for my issue from a human that can actually DO something. Very poor support from these guys.

there’s no need to be so extra with the recovery key if you forget your password , i used this app a year ago and all my iclouds have been cleared so now i can’t even register into my account. 🤦🏼♀️

Great app I use it almost daily. I just wish it could be able to continue downloading files in the background when I leave the app I’m using iPhone 12
It keeps talking about some download but I’m not downloading anything , I can’t even watch the video that I want to watch, overall terrible app
