Was good until I lost all progress

Made it a few days in before all my save progress was lost. Kinda killed the vibe

This is a really good game but there are some glitches that I don’t like

Deleted ALL my progress…..

I was having a really fun time playing this game, I played it for several hours straight today. I was giving so many compliments on little things here and there and then when I took a break for a little too long, I came back to the game and found it had refreshed and it acted like I hadn’t played ever. I even renamed myself and joined a guild. How all of that no longer exists is beyond me. Needless to say I wasted hours of my life and uninstalled the game. I’m not doing everything all over again when I was perfectly content with my progress. Not coming back to this game ever, it broke my heart.

Game is simple and enjoyable, got all towers and 3 titans to level 30-35 log in just a few minutes ago and now I was reset back to beginning lvl 1.

No Fixes even simple Game Glitch. Customer Service non-existent

I had a Game Glitch occur. I notified. A few days later a response, more information and photo request. I sent. Many Days later still no resolution. Do yourself a favor save time and money. Do not play. Imagine if the error was money.

Lose all your progress

Like other people are saying, it’s an entertaining game until you permanently lose all of your progress

Game deleted my file

Played great for a week, logged in one day and everything was gone. It was like logging into the game for the first time.
