I go down there directly because they charge such a large fee when using the app. I get down there in their system is down so the only way to purchase a ticket is through the app so I asked the manager. Is there a way to refund me the fee seeing how I’m standing in the building and they said no, you don’t like it go to Cinemark. -- Thx4thenpounding, 2025-08-19 ### *---- "Refund?" Accidentally purchased tickets to the wrong theater. Trying to get it straightened out is a nightmare. -- wizwhitney, 2025-08-06 ### ****- "Using Points At Checkout" While I enjoy the app and how user friendly it is, I wish I could apply my collected Megaplex points; while going through the checkout/pay process. -- NachoCamacho, 2025-07-27 ### *---- "Worst app ever" This app is terrible. It defaults to theatres that are not preferred, it requires login frequently rather than savings your login credentials, it does not save your credit card information, and has a mediocre rewards program. -- Mrboss345, 2025-07-25 ### ****- "Convenient But…" It is great to be able to get everything you need before you get to the theater. I wish my points were always available at the concessions stand. They are sometimes not found, which is a hassle. -- Kingoscots, 2025-07-06 ### *---- "Doesn’t show all showings" For months now I shop on fandango, your app doesn’t show all your showings. Which is strange, you think it would be the other way around with it being your own app. Plz fix so I can purchase from the app and continue collecting reward points. -- Acare, 2025-06-23 ### **--- "Bad app" Good theater but this app is so bad! It always logs you out so you don’t get any rewards. When you try to sign back in there’s always a problem. Go to Cinemark or AMC -- JohnGotDrip, 2025-06-08 ### *---- "Great theater, Horrible App" The title says most of hit. The theater is great but their app and website, when purchasing tickets is one of the least usable apps I use, and I am a very experienced user. For example we just purchased tickets to at one of their theaters. The app shows the busy cursor “processing payment please wait. Please do not close or refresh this page“. It’s been over five minutes. Anyone who writes an app with those words doesn’t know how to write an app. I work in software engineering and UxD and consider this to be one of the worst apps for this and many other reasons. No software should be capable of holding a user captive. What am I supposed to do? Listen to the app and not refresh and remain stuck. This is unacceptable software. Avoid it at all cost. If that means going to another theater chain, I recommend it. -- jwhit6, 2025-05-31 ### *---- "Paying more and getting less" The app not longer supports Apple wallet, even though it says it does. There is no longer an option to add passes. They removed this feature at the same time they started charging a “booking fees”, which is just a greedy money grab. Poor look and poor customer experience to charge more and provide less. -- D_hug, 2025-05-28 [View all Megaplex Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Megaplex Mobile Discovered Keywords -
