I updated my app and now it won’t let me login without an email verification, which by the way I have asked them to send seven times and have never received. The new app is useless. I can’t even login.

This app is riddled with bugs. I have to log back in frequently. It just refused to load the screen or update when I was adding a new card. Meijer is also unnecessarily expensive. Meh

The latest version December 2023 has lost the fuel prices! Please fix! *** I will send an email as you’ve requested - however, you should know that I spent 45 minutes on the phone to report it and the overseas representative I spoke to said she inquired with a superior about it and was told that developers were aware of the issue and were working on it at that very moment. Are your responses robotic? I will email. ***

Ordered thru this app with my Mastercard credit card many times but it is not working this time. Use Visa credit card is working. Something messed up after update app.

Went to the trouble of getting the order created and couldn’t add a payment method on the app (or on your website). Really annoying to recreate the order at another store to get what we needed. Meijer fail!

It’s a good app when it works.. Won’t let me view my previous orders, or tip delivery person. Now it won’t let me checkout, tried multiple different payment methods and I keep getting an error.

My biggest complaint with this app is every time I want to view an ad I have to select and set my store. Why can the app not remember what store I chose the previous 10 times I set my store? It makes me not want to use the app.

Meijer: Will you please allow your customers to make a grocery list without having to create an account? You have a good app but you are careless with customer data and have been hacked numerous times in the past year. I want to use your app and shop at your stores, but don’t trust you with my personal data.

Every time I go to use this app it has forgotten me and makes me choose my store and login. All I want to do is browse the ad or find an item location in the store. I don’t have this issue with the Kroger or Aldi or Sam’s Club app. Please figure out how to retain enough of my info that I don’t have to do this. I have already given permission to use my location and remember me so it’s not me that is the problem.

I really like this app and the rewards. However, I took 2 stars off because I forgot my PIN and the only way I am able to change is to email or call customer support. There should be an easier way to change your pin.
