Stupid app is requiring me to change my password and wants 12 characters and upper and lower case and a special whatever. I use my face to log in. That’s pretty hard to hack. I can’t even get into my account because of this. I’m not changing my password it works just fine

I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max. The app hasn’t worked at all for displaying or filling prescriptions. You can login and see a menu screen with icons that are not even clickable. Programmer must not have learned how to make a functional program. Joke of an app.

Can’t ever click on my prescription. This app never works for me. Thought it was my old phone but I got a new one and it’s still doing it. It takes me like 5 mins atleast each time just to look and my meds. So annoying really don’t like this app with I could look at them through something different.

This app is a joke to begin with by trying to create an account to fill up prescriptions, and having email to say invalid due to a email address has been made for an account in which it wasn’t. This is why I go in person for this kind of thing because this app is hot garbage

The UI need to be optimized for the larger iPhones. Some of the buttons and banner are hard to see due to the fact the app isn’t optimized for the larger screens. Would be better rated if UI gets fixed.
