Bei der Inbetriebnahme der Türen wird der Antrieb durch Scannen eines QR-Codes produkt- und auftragsspezifisch vor Ort konfiguriert. Die Aufzugtür bekommt damit die auf Größe und Ausstattung abgestimmte und exakt an die Gegebenheiten vor Ort angepassten Parameter. Die Inbetriebnahme wird ohne notwendiges Knowhow extrem vereinfacht und beschleunigt. Zusätzlich können individuelle Einstellungen des Laufverhaltens der Türen vorgenommen werden. Die Daten aus dem Steuergerät werden abgerufen, über die App verändert und danach wieder an das Steuergerät gesendet. Um spezielle Einstellungen als Backup extern zu sichern, können Konfigurationsdateien per Mail versendet und bei Bedarf wieder eingelesen werden. Die Monitoring-Funktion macht eine Vielzahl von Daten für den Benutzer verfügbar, wie beispielsweise Zyklen-Zahl des Türantriebs, Motortemperatur, Life-Cycle-Anzeige Türantrieb, Steuergerät-Typ und Firmware-Version, Motor-Typ und Firmware-Version, Warnhinweise, usw. Mittels spezieller Service-QR-Codes erhalten Sie bei Problemen schnell und einfach Unterstützung: Fehlercodes werden in Klartext am Smartphone angezeigt. Damit ist eine einfache Fehleranalyse möglich. Auf Wunsch des Benutzers wird geprüft, ob ein Update der Firmware des Steuergerätes verfügbar ist. Ist dies der Fall, kann der Benutzer entscheiden, die Firmware-Datei vom Meiller-Server zu laden und an das Steuergerät zu übertragen. Die App enthält alle passenden Betriebs-, Montage- und Einstellanleitungen. Die jeweils zuletzt geladene Version ist auch als Offlineversion verfügbar. Schließlich unterstützt Sie die App im Service- und in der Ersatzteillogistik. Durch Einlesen des QR-Codes über das Sucherfeld der Fotokamera werden alle notwendigen Daten der Tür erfasst. Danach können ein Foto des betreffenden Bauteils sowie ein entsprechender Hinweis des Benutzers erstellt werden. Im Anschluss daran kann die entsprechende Anfrage an Meiller gesendet werden. Mit der Chat Funktion können Kunden oder Mitarbeiter vor Ort in direkten Kontakt zu qualifizierten Service-Mitarbeitern in der Meiller-Zentrale treten, um auftretende Fragen schnell und einfach zu klären und Informationen auszutauschen.
