Also die Einrichtung der App ist einfach viel zu umständlich. Die Verifizierung über eine Post Filiale zu machen?? In welchem Zeitalter leben wir denn.. und die Variante über die Online-Funktion des Personalausweises funktioniert nicht. Tolle App.

Die Anmeldung dauert immer ewig! Und trotz wenn man sich angemeldet hat und die App dann zu macht, muss man sich wieder immer und wieder neu anmelden. Des Weiteren die App funktioniert sehr schlecht mit VoiceOver. Das sollte korrigiert werden. Weil es gibt Menschen, die kurzsichtig sind, beziehungsweise sie eingeschränkt sind, und die benutzen einen akustischen Sprachsystem beziehungsweise Sprachausgabe wie VoiceOver und diese Menschen sind leider auf dieses Software eingewiesen und wenn die Apps nicht kompatibel sind, dann funktioniert nichts. Ich hoffe, dass mein Anregung wird hier ernst genommen! Und die Problem behoben werden. Ich bedanke mich voraus.

Es ist wirklich eine Katastrophe diese App zu nutzen. Meistens geht sie nicht, und wenn dann ist die Bedienung eine Katastrophe.

Unterlagen für die Familienversicherung sind schnell übermittelt. Adressänderung ging problemlos. Da mir Datenschutz wichtig ist habe ich auch Verständnis für das Identifikationsverfahren. Ich habe die Funktion mit eID meines Personalausweises genutzt. Beim Wechsel meines Mobiltelefons hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der BKK schnell helfen können.

Wenn man die Krankschreibung abfotografieren möchte, wird kein Bild angezeigt. Die App greift nicht auf die Kamera zu.

Bewertungen vor einem Jahr bemängeln das, was heute immer noch der Fall ist. 

Keine Online Identifizierung möglich? Dann schickt mir doch lieber einen Brief mit Code bevor ich in eine Postfiliale fahren muss. 

Online kann man sich nicht registrieren, sondern benötigt die App. Das weiß man aber nur, wenn man zwei Hinweise gelesen hat bevor man versucht sich einzuloggen. 

Geht es noch etwas komplizierter?

Gleicher Gedanke wie ein anderer Rezensent. Alleine deswegen überlegt man sich die Krankenkasse zu wechseln. Scheinbar hat man die Digitalisierung verpennt.

### *---- "Ich habe selten so einen Müll gesehen."
Der ganze Registrienungsprozess und Anmeldung katastrophal. Ich habe schon x mal diese bekloppte App zurücksetzen müssen obwohl ich kein neues Handy hatte oder das Passwort oder PIN nicht stimmten. Jetzt wieder Post oder Ident vefahren damit man sich überhaupt einloggen kann.

Viele Sachen sind nicht hinterlegt, immer wieder stößt man auf Fehlermeldungen und hat dann doch keinen Zugriff. 
Das Postfach scheint zu funktionieren.
