## Melaleuca Retail Partners Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Plans to update?"
No firmware updates in 4 years! Any plans to update soon!?
-- JR6123, 2024-06-18

### *---- "Worthless"
Great idea that doesn’t execute. The app directs you to the homepage of stores, but wont allow me log-in or link to my personal account. I easy wasted 45 mins or my day trying to troubleshoot the glitch. Come on, man. Get some developers who know what they’re doing.
-- pharmgrl78, 2022-11-26

### *---- "Never works"
This app never works to connect to other retail partners. I never get the percentage for rewards on this app.
-- clwheestro, 2022-05-26

### ***-- "Can’t access account information"
App wouldn’t let me access my account information/stores shopped at or pending rewards collected.
-- Shaynique, 2021-07-17

### **--- "Needs work"
Love that I can get more Melaleuca loyalty dollars and shop with discounts at more places. The app however struggles. Both the iPhone and iPad versions have functional issues.

• iPhone
- using Search: can’t use what is at the bottom of any list as there is no way to move the keyboard out of the way.
- using stores: not all of the stores appear in the lists when compared to the iPad app and to my friend’s android app. Missing AutoZone for certain.

• iPad
- missing stores like the iPhone app.
- sometimes it crashes when I’m shopping at a store (BB&Beyond last time).
- the lists show the store names well, but not the store icons like the iPhone does.
- doesn’t resize text to be read by those who need larger text to read.
- glitchy at best. Has frozen up.

I’m using it, but only on my iPad and when not in a hurry because it is going to have trouble.

I’m using fully updated iOS (iPhone 6S) and iPadOS (iPad Pro 2020). Restarts have no bearing. Uninstalled and reinstalled has no bearing.

### **--- "iPhone app issues"
Stalling, freezing and have been unable to place an order using the app. It constantly deletes my cart. This happened for 9 hours straight on the 15th and 16th of this month. Not sure if it is built to handle the increased demand. Please update.
-- SRKennison, 2020-07-19

### **--- "Downloaded app to iOS"
App has glitches. It won’t load the site for the store after you click on the link for the store you want. Also the keyboard function is sticking on the view position so it’s hard to see the entire screen
-- Leesle, 2020-01-27

### ***** "Love the ease of this app."
Downloaded it from my personal website from the marketplace tab...works great! Love this preferred member benefit.
-- TXSlowDuck, 2019-09-26

### *---- "Does not open"
Every time I try to open it it says “unable to update application data. Retry” same message even after a thousand retries!
-- willow the pup, 2019-09-25

### *---- "Never works"
I have loaded, unloaded, restart my phone and everything else but this app will not work. Very disappointed
-- disapointment everytime2, 2019-09-23
