## Melangebox Reviews in India

### *---- "Scamsters"
Zero stars 😠The worst shopping experience. The support contact is as fake as the site. They keep the money for paid orders and then cancel your order without a refund. Already raised a consumer forum case. Avoid shopping
-- WickedSujit, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Fraud company"
Please do not order and save your money. Please check their Google reviews.
-- Nomadsincebirth, 2024-06-04

### *---- "2 months delivery time"
The product is delivered after 2 months 3 days and then one item is missing.
All the colours shown on app or website might look appealing and aesthetic, what you will get you get is chapri dark colours!!
Worst experience!
-- Arun mahato, 2024-04-27

### ***** "Best cotton fabric tees in india"
I can't stress enough how good the fabric quality is. I have been using Melangebox tees since 2021, and in the last three years, I've washed my tees more than 100 times. I haven't observed any color fade or decline in fabric quality. That's the kind of cotton quality their tees are made of. For anyone looking for a plain cotton garments collection for their wardrobe, just go for this brand. You will become a forever consumer.

A suggestion: could you please release more dark color variants in turtlenecks as well? Why has there been no update in that particular stock?
-- Batman444at, 2024-02-13

### *---- "Disgusting App. DO NOT DOWNLOAD."
1: provides wrong colour from what ordered.
2: Poorly coordinated app.
3: disgusting customer support. no efforts made by agent to make up for it.
blamed me instead.
4: T-shirts mishandled( dirty handprints on them)
-- Anurag_11, 2023-08-27

### *---- "Worst service experience ever"
They are not professional, bought pack of 4 T-shirt, raise query for size exchange that took almost 15 days, in return I only received 3 T-shirt as they don’t have my selected colour, since long I’m following up for availabile colours list so I can choose from it. They are not responding at all of WhatsApp businesses chat FB messenger emails. Quality of T-shirt is average not bad not good.
-- handlewithcareme, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Worst quality material and fitting"
This is the worst quality of material they use for clothing and the fitting is even worse. How can someone be so perfectly bad at every thing. And also my money is stuck in there app. Can’t get it into my bank account so have to buy something from them. God gelps
-- rao_sahab_preetam, 2023-04-27

### *---- "Worst Product"
Worst product.. T shirts are like paper material and also size are very small compared to other companies.. very bad experience.
-- Ritesh visharia, 2023-02-21

### *---- "Horrible & Unprofessional"
I placed an order for two T-shirts.
This was my first purchase through this store.

The delivery guy came on a day and time I wasn’t available. I got no call on my mobile else I could have informed him to just hand it over to my neighbour as I have already paid for the items.

The items didn’t get delivered.
I emailed their support and told them the issue.

They said they will send it again.

This time I got a msg saying the delivery person wasn’t able to locate my address.

The delivery people don’t even call me, i don’t even know what their intention was.

Again the customer support promised me they will coordinate with their delivery staff and again a day later I received the same msg that delivery people are not able to locate my address.

I got annoyed and lost my patience and requested for a refund. And they are not replying to my emails now when I request them for an ETA for my refund.

Pathetic Garbage Store
-- Nandha fjdkdjcn, 2023-01-23

### *---- "Bad experience with customer care"
Worst app. No purpose of having customer care. They cannot do anything. 😂😂
-- Vishvam Modi, 2022-08-25
