Opened a support ticket and it took them over a month to respond and when they did they just said, sorry for the delay due to increased volume, we are closing this ticket unless you let us know your issue isn’t resolved. After successfully making payments for months, they are now saying they cannot verify my business and are requesting documentation but there is no way to submit it through the app. Very frustrated. I HAVE WORK TOMORROW! I can’t afford to be up at 3AM worrying about if I’m going to be able to continue going to school because this stupid app doesn’t have a way to go back and pay as guest after! I need to pay my tuition! I need to go to school so I can get a better job! I can’t be playing around with an AI that only knows 3 things and can’t help beyond that because of a failed payment and them locking the stupid account their app more or less locked me into! If you want a good site make it easier to deactivate or go back to pay as a guest rather than HAVING to pay as business to business! It was rejected because they did not believe it was a business to business payment. I was not too surprised by this based on the terms and conditions and the fact that the vendor is a sole proprietorship. I thought not a big deal I will email customer service and provide whatever proof they need to get it resolved. On 7/7 I finally get a response but they could not investigate because I had already deleted the payment. At this point I had already found an alternative payment service.
