Can’t login via QuickBooks

Probably a decent app, but we’ve never been able to successfully login via QuickBooks. Wouldn’t recommend this app if this is how you authenticate to your Melio account.

Worst User Interface

I can’t sign up for an account because the user interface is so bad. One of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever tried to use.

Very simple to use.

One of the best tools using credit cards to make vendor payments.

All we need is a update version which allows us to receive payments and send invoices through the app and we’re good . Please update soon

Not receiving bills

After several attempts to get help from Melio I am still not getting bills in my account. I have to create them each time to pay. This makes it difficult to keep track of bills.

Company refuses to inform what happened…

Customer in good standing since 2019. In late 2023 I get a new credit card from Capital One. I learn Capital One has a partnership with Melio, fantastic I confirm payment intention in advance with Melio and Capital One. AOK to proceed. Payments are submitted but never arrive. I eventually dig deep to discover payments failed. There were no emails saying there was a problem with payment. Even signing into my Melio account, no notification. Further discover my account was disabled and no one will tell me why. Email, live chat and calls (arranged through Capital One) all say wait form compliance to respond. Months passed and no word from Compliance. The refuse to tell me what happened. One person said they could not verify my account, yet it is the same business, same EIN, same address since the start. This is not right.

Worst company ever!!!!

Horrible in every way! Non-existent customer service. They take money out of your bank account to pay a bill then hold it for a random time period. Good luck trying to get your money back if the payment fails for any reason.

Great app

Would like to see total payments sent in the app vs online. It would also be nice to have the total payments sent categorized per vendor in the app. Ease of use Switched from plastiq because they stopped accepting AMEX

No customer service anymore

There’s should be a number to reach someone there after using this for years I see it getting worse not better i think it might be time to change
