The mellohome app is designed exclusively for real estate agents who are already members of the mellohome Preferred Referral Partner Network. 

As a mellohome Preferred Referral Partner, you can use the mellohome app to quickly and easily access and manage your mellohome referrals and client relationships from the convenience of your phone.

Key features include the ability to:

• Access and track all of your active mellohome client information.
• Manage your mellohome referrals.
• Email or call your mellohome clients directly from the app.
• Store detailed information regarding your client’s preferences.
• Easily update your bio and profile information.
• Designate your sales territory.
• Update your availability status.
• Update your client’s buying and/or selling status in real-time.
• Contact your client’s loanDepot Licensed Lending Officer or mellohome Concierge with just a click.

Note: The mellohome App is not designed for Broker Partners at this time.
