Okay so you are a legend if you read this all. It’s very good app. I’ve been using it to sleep and for it to wake me up in the morning + meditation. It knows what time it is, like in the morning they’ll be some calming music labelled ‘wake up’ and in the afternoon it will be ‘have some sleep’. They’re different exercises for different time periods during the day. The music is very calming and it’s a very good game. I have recommended it to absolutely everyone i know as it is the most calming and spiritual experience that I’ll ever have.
