Headphones are very good, excellent sound. The functionality and connectivity is a completely different issue. Wish I bought apple product, it would actually work properly

Hi, my left earphone is not charging. The case is and the right earphone is but no matter how many times I plug the case in my left earphone has stayed at 0% for months now. I’ve cleaned it out and there’s nothing blocking it charging.

The only gripe I have with the app is that it always asks for location upon opening, even though A: I have enabled it ‘When Using’, and B: Why does it need to? But these are minor gripes, for me the sound quality is what matters, and I’m very happy with what Cambridge Audio deliver.

I’m still fairly new to the Melomania 1+ earbuds, but so far I am glad I bought them. The Melomania app gives a lot of control, with a 5 channel equaliser that allows you to save your own presets, and a user interface that seems sensible and uncluttered. All the control I need but no feature overload.

Putting the app on one side I just wanted to say that I think the ear buds are epic. Crystal clear and good bass. The app seems to do the job fine too but most of all I love the product.

I’ve misplaced my earphones and when I go to use the “find my earphones” function, all that comes up is a blank screen. I’ve followed the instructions on the technical support page for finding earphones that aren’t connected, but my device isn’t registering.

Lost my first pair of Melomanias and after trying other buds costing 4x as much - went and bought the new 1+ for £50 as they sounded better than all the others. Never had any pairing or software issues with either of my Melomanias. Software is logical and works well. As they are built by an audiophile company you can expect the sound quality to be impressive and it is. Amazing for the price point. The app is an added bonus, equaliser works very well. Just awesome…

Lots of headphone dropout. Battery level indicator stuck on 95 & 100% Finder intermittent & unreliable. Very poor UI !! Good ideas, poorly executed. What a shame…..in turn shattering the notion of a quality brand!

My Melomania touch’s are currently riddled with issues. They constantly disconnect from my phone and I have to re-pair them each time this happens. The app keeps resetting which touch controls I want on and off. A firmware update would surely fix these issues. Whenever a friend asks if I would recommend these headphones I always reply with a firm no.

Been using these for around a year now and both the app and Melomania 1+ earbuds are superb. Just ordered a second pair so that I always have a pair with me.
