Instructions are largely absent from website and app. If you do the eSIM, you will be up the creek without a paddle. You’ll have sit near WiFi while being given poor instructions over WhatsApp to remedy the problem. Huge budget being spent to advertise this product, with little effort being made to create a smooth onboarding experience. The Head of Product at this company should be replaced. Update: after using melon for a week, I regularly am without service, even when I have signal. These are problem I did not have when I used my MTN sim prior.
