For my bed I had to look at the box under the base where all the connections are at for the number by the QR code, that’s the one I had to connect to in settings… I also had to change the “remote type” in settings to match the physical remote (the members mark logo is the difference from what I could tell), once I did that it worked. There is no guidance on setup which is pretty ridiculous. -- 87Link, 2025-05-01 ### *---- "Doesn’t Work" Don’t waste your time trying to get this app to work, like I did. I finally called the number in the manual and they said it doesn’t work at this time. They are “..working on updating it but there is no estimated time when it will be available again.” I’ll change my review if and when they fix it. -- Labt5231, 2025-02-13 ### ***-- "Works" Make sure to be in light mode to see all the device text. Barely workable app. Lacks features such as widgets and UI is clunky. -- elijahbun, 2024-09-17 ### ****- "Great Remote, No Alarm" The remote is easy to connect, just know that your phone needs to be in light mode when connecting and the Bluetooth connection for the bed starts with “KSBT”. I also had to change the remote type to “MMKDT” for it to work. I gave 4 stars because the alarm function doesn’t work. -- Roman Diner, 2024-05-20 ### ***** "Great update" I sent an email and the problems I was having are all addressed! Great update love the app now! -- OK.Itstaken, 2024-03-26 ### *---- "Completely broken since latest update." Can’t connect to base and use any controls. UI doesn’t even load on remote screen. -- Alieneskimo12, 2024-03-25 ### *---- "App suddenly went blank" I have been using this app for a while and it was working perfectly well. Suddenly it is all white and I can’t see any buttons, making it useless. I changed my phone from dark mode to light mode to see if that would help, and it didn’t. I don’t know why it suddenly broke. -- Maj16, 2024-03-23 ### *---- "Awful app" This is the worst app I’ve ever used and isn’t user friendly in the slightest. Very irritating to use -- Jebus6996, 2023-11-04 ### *---- "Garbage" Pure trash. There is no way to link the app to the bed via Bluetooth as the manufacturer does not have the bed name listed on the base. What kind of trash is that. -- cscharal, 2023-11-02 [View all Member's Mark Base Remote reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Member's Mark Base Remote Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/china) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/ecuador) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/india) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/malaysia) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/peru) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/saudi-arabia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/taiwan) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/argentina) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/vietnam) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/members-mark-base-remote-Ooig/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
