## Memento Reviews in United States

### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS"
App and website aren’t working. Tried contacting them multiple times and received no response. So upsetting that it’s not working.
-- Ee548, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Rubbish"
Had to download and use this to contribute to a group video. The UI is terrible. Tells you to record in landscape but when you rotate the phone it doesn’t update properly. Recorded a video anyway, but no idea where it went. Tried several times to no avail.
-- mwnuk69, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Nothing Works"
Downloaded. Half the buttons didn’t respond. Created an account thinking maybe it was just overly gated. Still, literally nothing works on this app. I’ve never seen such a poorly functioning app like this. Do not waste your time
-- JeniGAustin, 2024-11-09

### ***** "Birthday group video"
This was my first time doing this for my mom 50th and I love it best birthday gift ever!!!
-- PurpleBear95, 2024-09-19

### *---- "app keeps crashing & you can’t zoom in on photos"
app crashes every time i scroll thru the photos on an album. also you can’t zoom in on photos in the app, you have to save them to your phone if you want to zoom in
-- froggymadz, 2024-09-17

### **--- "I gave it two stars because the ad is pretty"
Unfortunately, I tried to upload a video four different times and each time it stopped at 99% uploading. I was trying to film something for my grandson and well it doesn’t matter what I was trying to film. I made each video shorter and shorter until it was just 30 seconds. There’s no reason why it should take 45 minutes to upload and then stall at 99% . 🤷‍♀️ now I better be able to cancel it so you don’t keep charging me
-- Me5678andy, 2024-04-12

### ***** "Grateful"
Grateful for this thoughtful app that does exactly what i was looking for! Puts many people’s love together into a video to make people feel so special! Thank you!!
-- Grateful Yayyy, 2024-01-23

### *---- "Not Good: It was better when it was VidHugs"
I’m extremely disappointed, I do not recommend this App! I used VidHugs in 2020, it was free & great. So I decided to used it again. When I clicked the link I was redirected to Mementos- figured it would be the same - it wasn’t. I paid the over priced subscription- to get the premium benefits.

The experience? Let’s just say I sent the link to 30 people- over 40 people attempted to load videos & after several attempts they gave up. I’m showing 238 views and 10 successful loads.

I had people send me their videos, to upload for them, since they were frustrated. The application fails to upload videos - over 20sec long. It’s extremely slow. After 30 minutes it times out on larger videos. There is no online help or customer service. THIS IS A MONEY GRAB!

My video was a BUST and the 65th birthdays” group video fir my sister was a failure. I have one day, now and a party to plan. SMH
I will request a refund.
-- Scorpio's Kiss, 2023-11-03

### ***** "Great app"
It seems a little expensive for the pro membership but realistically, it was by far the easiest way to send invitations and have the editing done for you. Super special gift and I guarantee most people who don’t use this app, won’t end up making the video they’re looking to create.
-- Equality Reviews of America, 2023-10-14

### ****- "Great 👍🏽 app, but uploading needs to be easier…"
See above
-- Dr. Dres shreds, 2023-09-10
