## Memory 2 Move Pro Description
The Memory 2 Move Pro app gives you fast and easy access to your wireless data reader Memory 2 Move Pro and serves as a user interface for your data management. Connect a USB stick, external hard drive or SD card to the device and get wireless access to your data. No matter if iOS, Windows or Mac, the access to your Memory 2 Move Pro is multiplatform usable. Simply install the app and choose the Wi-Fi network Memory 2 Move Pro from your Wi-Fi settings. Connect to your Memory 2 Move Pro and navigate through the media collection on your mobile storage devices.
With the Wi-Fi data reader Memory 2 Move Pro you can
- Copy, edit or delete your personal files.
- Directly upload photos and videos from your mobile device to your USB stick, external hard drive or SD card.
- Download or stream music, videos or pictures from your USB stick, external hard drive or SD card to your mobile device.
- Share your data with friends. The Memory 2 Move Pro can be accessed with up to 5 users at the same time. A secure access is guaranteed through WPA/WPA2 encryption.
- Access your data via Wi-Fi and simultaneously surf the internet. The Memory 2 Move Pro passes the internet connection through to your mobile device. Pictures and videos from your mobile storage media can thereby directly be uploaded to your social networks.

Die App stürzt direkt nach dem Start ab. Die Kompatibilitätsaussage ist also unwahr. Daher sollte diese Aussage entweder gelöscht oder die App angepasst werden. Alles andere ist Kundentäuschung.

Man ist nur interessiert Kohle zu machen, schon 6 Monate nach Verkauf wird die Software- Aktualisierung eingestellt und die Festplatte ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
Nach mehreren Anrufen immer die gleiche Antwort. 
Außer Spesen nichts gewesen.
Kann nur abraten

… und wieder softwaremäßig generierter Schrott - die App wird anscheinend nicht mehr gepflegt, startet nicht mehr und nun kann alles in die Mülltonne, weil es seinen Zweck nicht mehr erfüllen kann- sehr schade 😤👎

### *---- "Kann ich meine Festplatte jetzt wegwerfen"
Ich nutze meine 1 TB Festplatte, um unterwegs meine Daten zu sichern. Das war eine Weile jetzt nicht notwendig. Jetzt wollte ich meine Festplatte wieder nutzen und per WLAN sie mit meinem iPhone verbinden. Aber meine App startet nicht, bricht sofort zusammen. Auch eine Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht. Mittlerweile haben wir iOS 16. Liegt es daran und kümmert sich der Service darum? Alles andere wäre schon ein mieser Service, denn ganz preiswert war die Festplatte nun nicht. So kann ich die Festplatte nicht nutzen.

Eine Schande was sich hier die Firma Intenso leistet.
Die App funktioniert nicht  und der Support und die Info um die Festplatte weiter per WLAN mit dem iPad zu verwenden ist nicht vorhanden. Auch die Homepage von Intenso bietet keine Hilfe.
Kundenservice Fehlanzeige. 
Besser aufpassen wenn man neue Hardware kauft!

Jetzt funktioniert die App nicht mehr und niemand will zuständig sein.

Das Gerät Memory2Move Pro (auf das Pro kommt es an!) ist ein sehr guter Fotospeicher zu einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis (gegenüber „namhaften“ Fototanks).
Auch der Transfer von Fotos zum iPhone oder das Sichten von Inhalten per iPhone funktionierte gut.
Jetzt - seit iOS 16 (oder woran liegts sonst?) - stürzt die App direkt beim Starten ab. Wnn das so bleibt, ist sie unbrauchbar! Ich hoffe, die Entwickler hören es und reparieren…

nach dem update kein transfer mehr von iphone zum m2m-Laufwerk. und kein update um transfers wieder zu ermöglichen.
