## Mendocino Farms Reviews in United States

### **--- "Coded like a middle school project"
Not user friendly. Such minor things. Do better
-- RyanCocreative, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Too long a wait"
I placed an order for a bowl of soup to be picked up at a certain time. I got to the location and had to wait an additional 15 min. They hadn’t even poured the soup till after waiting 15 min then it was poured. Not good at all.
-- MarthaGdogg, 2024-12-18

### **--- "Drinks"
Why oh why can you still not add a fountain drink in your app?!?! How hard can that enhancement be?? Lost revenue + frustrated consumer = lose lose for all
-- Shoejunkie09, 2024-12-18

### ***** "So good"
I love Mendocino farms it’s like my favorite place ever
-- Bebab, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Wrong Order"
What are the chances that someone ordered from via Postmates with the same name as me within 2 minutes of my order. The guy just handed me the order that clearly said “Postmates”. Oh well. Food is always good just th same.
-- Not Postmates, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Beware tip added by default"
Functionality to place order works but what is annoying is tips is added to orders by default. This is dishonest to me.
-- azn725nerd, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Tip"
They put a tip in the payment automatically. Unless you see it before you hit order you’re screwed.
-- Abobsd, 2024-12-03

### **--- "Can’t give special instructions, etc."
There’s nowhere on the app to give special instructions like adding a tortilla with my salad which I can do when dining at the location. Also, I received a “free entrée“ card because they hadn’t started making my order when I arrived at the designated pick up time. Unfortunately, there’s nowhere on the app that allows me to use this card since the card doesn’t have a voucher code.
-- LMSteen, 2024-11-23

### ***** "Great app!"
This is the best app of its kind that I have used. It is clearly laid out, great photos, descriptions and is easy to navigate. There are so many bad fast food apps out there, they can take a lesson from Mendo!
-- Needasearch, 2024-11-20

### ***-- "Eh, not happy with tricky tipping"
The app automatically tips 20% so you’d better pay attention at the very end when you “Place” your order. Just when you think you had already verified everything it adds a 20% tip! Yes you can change it but if you’re like me and you just quickly place it bc you’ve already verified everything and the keyboard on your phone covers a third of the screen you don’t see this until it’s too late!
