Order issue
I ordered BB cream in this app and adding my address not recognising they said this location was not delivering Then am changing my address 2-3 different address but the problem was same. They couldn’t delivery in all over Hyderabad.! Please solve this problem
No Customer Service
There is no way to contact the customer care team, if one exists. No phone number, no email, no WhatsApp. Nada. Zero. Zilch.
Not deliverable to Meghalaya Shillong
I don’t understand why it’s barring The mentioned location, when the package from US is deliverable, but this one India to India is having a problem, I just wanted to know the reason as the other online services are working smoothly. Please resolve the issue ASAP
Extremely poor customer value and support… refund not got
Although I have returned 2 orders which were wrongly sent along with missing parts and the return pickup is done, the company is denying to pay the refund for last 1 week. They just give assurance it will be done and no actions. Pl don’t buy anything from here and loose your money.

Firstly wrong item was delivered by them and when I returned the order they never refunded my money back
Fake products don’t waste your money in this app
I totally disappointed my purchases in MensXP app. recently I purchased footwear ₹799 on March 02-2022 now completely damaged within two months. Fake products, fake items.
Pathetic
I had ordered 4 shorts and after 2 days of the order my order was cancelled saying the product is sold out. How is it possible that at the time of ordering with new arrival it is sold out at the time of dispatch
