## MENtality Description
You already know what the problem is. It's the apps you open without deciding to, the sites you end up on at 1am, and the hours that disappear before you notice. Willpower was never going to beat software built to keep you there.

Check-ins and streak calendars don't stop a hand reaching for the phone at 1am. MENtality does. It blocks those apps and sites at the system level, locks your phone down at night, and keeps an honest count of every clean day. Built for men who are done making excuses, whether you're escaping the doomscroll trap or breaking a compulsive habit. Zero judgment, just tools that hold.

MENtality requires a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Full terms are at the bottom of this page.

BLOCK THE TRIGGERS
Set a daily budget for distracting apps. When it runs out, MENtality blocks supported apps through iOS Screen Time. Choose a preset or create a blocking schedule for work, evenings or weekends. Block adult sites across supported browsers, so you make the decision before an urge hits.

BUILD YOUR CONTROL
Track your clean streak from your last relapse. Move through phases and unlock milestones as you build consistency. Your Control Score combines screen time with automatically measured progress, weighted equally. If you relapse, log it honestly and start again. Every new day is a chance to rebuild.

WIN YOUR TIME BACK
See your screen time alongside Life Back: the time you've reclaimed through measured reductions in screen use. Make your progress visible as fewer hours go to scrolling and more go to the life you want.

YOUR PERSONAL AI MENTOR
Track your urges and recognize the moments that pull you back. When you need support, talk to your AI Mentor. Work through an urge, discuss your triggers or find your next step after a setback. Get practical support built around what you share, without judgment.

PRIVACY FIRST
Your struggles are yours. Screen Time data stays on your device and the list of apps you picked never leaves it. There is no community feed and no public profile. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Men breaking free from a compulsive habit
Anyone trapped in doomscrolling and endless feeds
Men who have tried quitting on willpower and watched it fail by Thursday
Men who've done the check-ins and the milestone calendars and still relapsed
Men who want the block to be real, not a notification

This isn't another meditation app with wind chimes and sunset backgrounds. MENtality takes the phone out of the equation for the hours that matter, counts the days, and puts a coach in your pocket for the moments in between.

### ***** "This new update is perfect"
it makes sense that screentime is connected with urges, it kinda makes an all round app that makes u be focused and locked in
-- fastnw322, 2026-08-06

### ***** "Good app"
It’s pretty interesting to see the main issues for men these days be combined into one solid app, works well and does its job so great app
-- vanleticss, 2026-07-13

### ***** "Great app"
Honestly tried a bunch of apps like these but the way I can literally see when one of my friends has not logged a challenge or how his score goes down and that takes the entire group average down it literally motivates us all to be better.
