## MentiorMynd Description
MentiorMynd® is audio coaching by Dr. Thomas Steinert for the moments when the pressure is real: at work, in difficult conversations and in tough decisions.

5 PROGRAMMES IN ONE APP
Everything now lives in a single app – 46 audio sessions in English and Spanish.

• Foundation – Grow Your Mind. Every Day.
Talk openly, ask skilfully, solve problems and keep growing. (12 sessions)

• Mastering Emotional Intelligence – Master Your Emotions. Master Your Life.
Notice what you feel, name it, and choose your response instead of reacting. (9 sessions)

• Targets and Cooperation – Reach Your Targets. Together.
Get things done with other people: clear agreements, win-win talks, calm delivery. (8 sessions)

• Advanced Problem-Solving Techniques – Solve What Matters. Faster.
Address issues early, directly and without drama – at work and at home. (8 sessions)

• Building Resilient Communication – Speak Clearly. Stay Resilient.
Clear, focused conversations that hold up when it gets difficult. (9 sessions)

HOW IT WORKS
Put on your headphones and listen. Sessions are short enough for a commute, a walk or a break. Repeat the ones that matter to you – repetition is what turns insight into habit.

WHAT YOU GET
• 46 professionally produced audio sessions
• English and Spanish included
• Each session downloads the first time you play it – or download a whole programme and listen fully offline
• Background playback with lock-screen controls
• Playback speed 1×, 1.5× and 2×
• Progress tracking with levels, daily streaks and medals
