Menulog Reviews

Seller cancelled order - no reason

Themenace60 on

Australia

My PayPal was charged, told I was receiving a refund, over 2 weeks later - nothing. Unable to contact Menulog - there’s nowhere on the website. Unable to provide Feedback - website link does not work. Overall a poor service when something goes wrong. Recommend that you don’t use this service as in my case, if something goes wrong, you are unable to have it rectified.

Terrible Service

AngryCustomer!!!! on

Australia

Horrendous customer support, I contacted them after an hour of order when the lead time had blown out to two hours. They could not hurry up the courier and i called restaurant directly to go and pickup. They would not provide even a refund on the delivery and minimal support. I stopped using uber eats due to their service however it is far better than the menu log service Would give them no stars if possible

Jumping the gun on device support

This developer only wants to serve elites - they have stopped supporting slightly older devices that are still supported by their manufacturer! Bye and who cares if you exist next year!

Don’t Trust the Filters

Razorgirl Au on

Australia

Tried to use the “open now filter”. Ordered food to be delivered “as son as possible. Sometime later it showed it was being delivered tomorrow. I thought maybe I’d made a mistake. So I double checked the filter, found another restaurant that was “open now”. Its open hours showed it was open for another hour. This time I checked the “deliver as soon as possible” drop down… the next time listed was tomorrow. I went back to the restaurant’s info. Definitely listed as open now, but the orders are all coming through as deliver tomorrow. Apps filters can’t be trusted. You’re better off ordering from your local restaurants directly.

Use other providers - horrific customer service

Happy to take your money, but when your order is 3 hours late and you’re wondering where it is, customer service just go offline without giving you a contact or anything Request refund because of stone cold food that sat in restaurant for 3 hours- no response.
