With the Menulog app, you can order whatever you love, wherever you are. With a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.

Need some bits from the supermarket? Just open the app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, flowers, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.

How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select whatever you fancy.

I submitted a refund request because I ordered a normal coke with my order and was given Vanilla Coke I am allergic and stated that in my refund request and they declined my refund request they didn’t have to give me a full refund but something should’ve been refunded luckily I smelt it before drinking it…Ridiculous utterly ridiculous

As a mother of an infant, my time and energy are already stretched thin. After a long, exhausting day, I turn to Menulog hoping for a simple meal and a few moments of rest. Unfortunately, the service has been nothing short of frustrating.

On one occasion, I received an empty box — yes, literally no food. Another time, they delivered the completely wrong order. These aren’t minor mistakes; they show a lack of care and quality control.

I trusted Menulog to make life a little easier, but instead, it’s added more stress. Really disappointed and strongly reconsidering using this service again.

The amount of time my orders been Delivered to wrong address and they don’t bother to call me for direction is ridiculous and menulog takes forever to answer your messages too on the helpline, I even put in notes as well where exactly my place is as there’s two blocks legit same number and same Unit number so most of the time they either deliver to that one or even to randoms house address.

Whenever I order off of menulog my food always comes cold and always takes a ridiculous amount of time. Terrible food delivery app in my opinion.

This is honestly probably my own fault, I let it happen twice and then a third time. Place my order, see a reasonable delivery estimate. A driver is assigned, delivery estimate goes up and up until over 50 minutes, half an hour after the order was made. Three times. Each time the rider dipped and dropped my order. 

If you like freezing cold food and lodging refunds and talking in circles this is the app for you! Still waiting to see if I get my money back on the order I cancelled after being asked to wait another 20 minutes after an already 40 minute wait and to get back in touch if it still didn’t arrive.

I work at fast food and we get orders from doordash, ubereats and menulog, whenever a menulog order comes through we almost never make it until the driver shows up because 90% of the time the driver doesnt show up, or the driver will show up and i will tell them the food will be ready in 5 mins and instead of waiting they leave and don't return. On the rare occasion a driver does show up, it is always at least 40 mins late, most of the time around 2 hours late to which to food has already been sitting out and is cold or we have already thrown it out assuming no one will show up. The people who placed the order majority of the time have to come to our store 3 hours after their order was made to get their food remade and given to them. Luckily my store understands and makes new food free of charge but I know other stores would refuse and tell them to just get a refund. I believe all delivery service has issues but menulog is absolutely the worst out of all of them.

I ordered a KFC zingerbox at 1pm. It kept getting delayed by thirty minutes every time I thought it was close. After three hours enough was enough, so I went to the store to complain and pick it up myself. Absolute waste of time, I lost my afternoon because some stupid delivery driver didn’t confirm my order. On top of that he had the audacity to show up after I had already confronted a manager and pick up my order

### **--- "1 hour wait, no food, No drivers… but they won’t tell you that"
Generally like to support an Australian brand, over Uber. But this app and business needs improvements. The worst part today is that if there are no drivers accepting, the restaurant won’t start your meal. I waited for an hour before calling to check because there had been no order progression. They said because of no drivers, they couldn’t begin, and that I would either need to cancel and order through uber or their app, or pick it up, and ask for a refund from Menulog. Other apps like Uber and Doordash won’t let you order if no drivers, providing transparency so you don’t wait hungry
