After the trial period I cancelled as this app was not at all useful. I’m still being charged 60 dollars a month after cancelling my subscription.

This is a scam. I have cancelled my subscription and my credit card is still being charged. Just so you know, I have already alerted the credit card companies about your app and you are being flagged.

Very unhappy with the unexpected full month charge without notification and difficulty to obtain a refund when purchased through an Instagram ad. Any help or Guidance to successfully obtain a refund is appreciated.

There’s some useful info mostly for newbie cat owners and the interaction/quizzes make it more interesting to use but so far there’s nothing much here that’s really helpful from a training perspective. They should not be charging for a 1-week trial - not worth it.

I paid for a one month membership as I specifically didn’t want anything longer than that. Today I looked at my credit card and I’ve been charged for a continuing membership (beyond the one month) and was never notified about an upcoming charge on my credit card. They don’t use apple to manage the subscription so it’s harder to track. Would not recommend for what you get out of it at all.

Avoid

I bought the week trial, which first I think is stupid to have to pay for a trial, and it auto charged me the $60. I will NEVER use this app I learnt more about tricks and training my cat from YouTube videos. You’re just reading stuff for people who don’t know anything about cats. I wish I could give this app 0 stars.

Dissappoointed with this app as I really wanted the information that I was promised!

I got robbed $60 for this app that doesn’t deliver what it promised in the ads.
