“I love meQuilibrium! Managing stress is important to me, so meQ has become a big part of my lifestyle. Now, when I feel myself going from zero to 100, I stop myself and think about what’s really going on.”
—Tara, New York, NY

“Stress can be a big factor in life, no matter how strong of a person you are. meQuilibrium has helped me manage stress on a better level, understanding and identifying the different kinds of stress, and how to handle situations before they get out of control.”

## meQuilibrium Reviews in United States

### *---- "Super glitchy"
It’ll make you more frustrated than relaxed. Glitches constantly!
-- Masha.T, 2025-10-28

### *---- "Worthless App"
Don’t download this waste of space. Doesn’t work, useless activities and mindless articles.
-- n30, 2025-04-02

### ***-- "Meh"
This is strictly a corporate productivity tool, it is not designed to improve your mental wellbeing. There is no technical issues with this app. But using this tool makes me feel empty every time. It doesn’t effectively address difficult emotions, it offers collection of tools to sidestep difficult emotions. It is more a tool for companies to manage employees who face difficulties that might make them less productive and is not for improving the employee’s mental wellbeing. If you need real emotional support, use something else.
-- Frank and direct, 2024-11-22

### *---- "no secure connection found error"
Hello,
The app no longer works on my phone. I get an error saying cannot connect to sever or no internet connection. On wifi and on mobile data plan it gives this issue, even after deleting the app and reinstalling/downloading it. I was offered to use mequillibrium from my insurance provider Florida Blue. I have an (ios) iphone.
-- qt1859, 2024-07-30

### **--- "Love the app content - bugs make it almost unusable"
The app can never tell where I actually am in my journey. To use this app I have to constantly log out and login, delete the app, reinstall the app… it’s stressful that it doesn’t log my progress and marking certain tasks as done doesn’t work. When I click on my new suggested “journey” it defaults back to an old one I’ve already completed… customer support didn’t help.
-- Notml337, 2024-02-25

### ***** "Great app"
Great app very helpful
-- emadnouh1986, 2023-12-02

### **--- "App is fine. Need to fix a bug"
The app forces the flashlight to come on when doing the Breathe Coach. It also turns the flashlight on when exiting the app
-- Smacked 99, 2023-11-19

### ****- "Very helpful"
I’ve been using this app for a few years and find the skills to be very helpful. I wish it had dark theme so that I can read in bed to relax before bed.
-- Hook'd on birds, 2023-07-18

### **--- "Keeps crashing"
I use this app a lot for the meditations it has but now it keeps crashing just a minute or two into the recording, I tried deleting and redownloading and it didn’t work please send us an update to fix
-- V10L374, 2022-11-27

### *---- "Terrible Prying service"
BEWARE that you are giving your soul to the devil by using this app.
-- Kenn M, 2022-10-29
