Attempted to use charger, as per others enter credit card details once, then it forgets, then I gave up and went to a supercharger.

I installed this app today while visiting the Eden Project in Cornwall. It was a dreadful experience, even worse than any parking app I’ve used! Not only does the app not support payment authentication, it doesn’t even recognise the payment status. Thankfully, I found that I could pay using the ZapMap app.

Tiny fonts, invisible data entry boxes, unclear if you are creating an account or not (you are probably not), endlessly asking the same questions, can get “stuck” if the payment is accepted and the car point errors (requiring app force quit). Apple, if you’re reading this please remove this from the store. The five star reviews are fake most likely.

Useless constantly. This time the app doesn’t even know the charger is there. And most of the time the chargers don’t work.

Really bad charging tried four different methods firstly three electroverse app nothing worked, the. Tried contactless payment through physical debt, credit cards then phone and watch nothing worked eventually downloaded an app which was the only way to charger seems it’s all a scam to have different payment methods none of actually work.

Constantly says no chargers found when I use my location or search a town/location

Sign up is painful and needs a UX review and complete revamp of the user journey. When charging the app can’t even provide basic information like the actual charge rate or the energy delivered/cost incurred so far.

This company will go out of business as you can use the app to pay! Deletes address … asks to ‘pay’ to set up card details which banks reject … doesn’t support wallet … I’ll use a different charger company thanks …

Why do I need to download yet another app when other chargers allow you to just pay by tapping your card. Doesn’t even allow Apple Pay. Joke company

Trying to download this thing, stood here for five minutes already and still not done. Paid for parking on another app in the meantime, so definitely not a connectivity issue!
