One of the best MDM/BYOD/EMM offerings

Cisco Meraki Systems Manager is a great product with seamless integration to the Cisco Security Connector. It offers APP version control and the ability to view iOS MDM command logs which is missing from most MDM offerings. End-users gives it a bad rating because of the security and control. Enterprises enjoys the benefits of a unified solution to secure and manage endpoints. It does not drain the battery or otherwise contribute to a bad end-user experience. More focus and improvements to the APP would be appreciated.

Terrible!

It ruined my life by allowing our IT guy access to everything on our iPads, even when we're outside of school.

Needs minor improvements

Apps tab needs to be searchable and needs option to reinstall/update app Update: GREAT job adding option to reinstall apps in Meraki SM, now if there was just a search field on the apps tab, that would be PERFECT.

Agree with others that the location services aren’t always useful. But the latest problem we’re seeing is just poor software design. Somehow, some iOS devices - which have had MSM on them for months to years - get set to Notifications off, for MSM. You cannot change this from iOS notification settings, nor from within MSM. So the person opens MSM on these devices and a message pops up: “NOTIFICATIONS DENIED”. “Are you sure? You will not receive any messages from your administrator if notifications are off for this app” And now their ONLY option is to push a button labeled OK. At which point they can do nothing within MSM, and when next it is opened, it goes right.back to Notifications Denied. Yes having notifications off is a problem with MDM software. So...wouldn’t it make sense to have a method available to the user to turn notifications back ON after giving them this warning? Uninstall MSM, reinstall it and we go right back to Notifications Denied. Have to remove the app, remove the device from supervision and then re-enroll it and reinstall.. And hope that notifications stay on, I guess.
