Really happy with the app finding a lot of cool collectibles and the sellers are really amazing and everything I’ve purchased has came in amazing shape highly recommend
Don’t trust this app
I bought an item for my spouse for Christmas. The item was never delivered. I messaged the seller who never answered my message. It turns out that this seller has done this MULTIPLE TIMES - but Mercari has never taken this seller off the site. BUYER BEWARE! I will never use Mercari again.
Disappointed
I use to love selling and buying on this app but with the problems with the shipping labels and all of the fees I am not to fond of it anymore. I had a problem receiving a product that I ordered on November 28th and I just received it today January 2nd. I had put in a complaint two times about it and never received any response. Very disappointed in this app now.
please revert the suggested items page
I like mercari but i don't like this last update. what happened to the suggested listings homepage? It was great before! now i'm seeing a bunch of irrelevant stuff whereas i really appreciated the mixture of suggestions in the previous format. Leaving this feedback here since mercari have also made it difficult to contact them. you think i'm gonna call a hotline? I, sir, am a millennial and we only make phone calls when absolutely necessary.

New fees are terrible
I’ve loved this app for 4 years, but their new fee system is crazy. It feels like Airbnb level of crazy tacked on fees. Will unfortunately probably be using this app less as a result
