MERCEDES-BENZ: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.

CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.

CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.

SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.

FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.

ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SERVICE PARTNER: Find a Mercedes-Benz partner near you quickly and easily and save your preferred partner in the app.

Hello developers, 
I am new one use your app and I have good opinions about it but after last update my car have possibility to use extras they don’t show up before like remote unlock/ lock and auxiliary heating. 
That’s the moment went everything go wrong. I was visited Mercedes service center they are doing and updating telematic module and reset him and after that everything like digital extra not work. After that Mercedes service center told me that the problem is in the app . My car is Mercedes Benz c250 w205 2015. Please help!

Why MB decided to “shut down” from the remote applications 6/7 years old cars ?
You cannot anymore use some Remote Package and Excellence Package if your car module is UMTS .
Bad decision MB as “premium” producer need to give un option  and to serve to clients as longer as possible- thats  mean quality for me.
UMTS connections still long be available fm operators but MB decided to shut down in advance .

I was able to purchase 1 additional service for my car, that doesn’t seem to work very well. After that the app just stopped working: - can’t update payment methods (“oh no, something went wrong” is a very descriptive error message). - can’t purchase any new services (failed to load content)

Update: The app was working properly the next day (re-installing it, restarting the phone or anything else I tried the previous day didn’t work). The additional services now also seem to work properly.

Although the application offers many security options, it cannot be relied on 100% because it often crashes sometimes for hours, sometimes days. Mercedes Germany does not apply any control over the quality of support in the Bulgarian representation. To be the best or nothing isn’t enough to just write it - you have to prove it!
