MERCEDES-BENZ: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.

CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.

CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.

SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.

FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.

When you first register in the app it asks to specify your region. When you do so, it forcefully switches the language to the language of selected country without leaving an option to keep English language. Some parts of the app remain in English, but all the extras pages and notifications are not in English anymore. This makes the app hard to use when you have just relocated to new country or use a temporary residence while studying or working from another country.

Tak toto je velká paráda. Perfektní přehledná aplikace. Bonus je aplikace v Apple Watch. Ta nemá chybu. Zobrazení widgetu na hlavní obrazovce je moc hezké svátky. Píše kolik se auto nabíjí a kdy bude nabité. Po dokončení nabíjení vás telefon i hodinky upozorní. Fakt palec nahoru.

Thank you for watchOS app which is missing one key feature - auxiliary heating/ventilating control. 

After developer response from 27.5.2023 no change at all with Critical Alerts. 

In-Car Office still notifies me to activate it even when the support was dropped more than year ago. And the app is available on main screen.

I am sure this app is great, BUT! I cannot login. Tried 2 iphones - 13 mini and 15 pro, newest ios 18.1. With both phones the application says "invalid entry" no matter what I write for Mercedes ID. I have tried phone number, email - nothing!
Funny that when I hit "App support", Safari cannot open the website)
I have deleted the app 100 times and reinstalled but nothing helps!
Please please kindly make this app work for me!

Dvě hvězdy jsem ubral, ohledně nezávislého topení , když si například nastavím den dopředu kdy chci mít auto vyhřáté , druhý den se mi nastavení ve více případu smaže, (asi je to závislé jak moc dopředu to nastavím ) a musím to na poslední chvíli zapínat manuálně, neboť vstávám brzo ráno, a většinou rovnou vyrazím. Za další mi chybí vcelku nějaký kalendář kde by se to dalo nastavit , aspoň na týden nebo nejlépe permanentně, dokud to zase nevypnu, atd. Při zamknutí vozidla v aplikaci mi vyskakuje hlášení že vozidlo nemohlo být zamčeno , ale přitom se zamkne. Nic víc zatím nevyužívám , aplikace vypadá hezky, ale ještě by zasloužila trochu péče :) Zajisté se ty chyby určitě opraví , poté to klidně všude vychválím :)

ve had a very frustrating experience with the Mercedes app. While it allows me to lock my car remotely, it fails to unlock it, which is incredibly inconvenient. I contacted customer service, and they promised to get back to me, but after six months, I’m still waiting for a response.

Considering that I pay for the remote control feature, it’s disappointing that it only works about 30% of the time. I feel that Mercedes should focus on improving their software to match the quality of their vehicles. It’s unacceptable for a brand of this caliber to offer such unreliable app services.

V aplikaci se mi sporadicky ukazuje, ze mám okna otevřena na pozici větrání. Ačkoliv v realitě to pravda není. Což kdyz nejsem u auta a prší, není moc dobrá informace. Zavřít samozřejmě nejdou, tudíž jsem nucen je přes aplikaci otevřít úplně a zase zavřít. Což kdyz nejsem u automobilu, dělat nechci.

Dear Mercedes me Development Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the Mercedes me app. As a Mercedes owner, I find the app to be incredibly user-friendly and packed with valuable features that enhance my driving experience.

The ability to remotely check my vehicle's status, lock and unlock the doors, and even locate my car has been immensely useful. The integration with my vehicle's maintenance schedule and the ability to book service appointments directly through the app has made managing my car so much easier.

I also appreciate the real-time notifications and alerts, which keep me informed about important updates regarding my vehicle. The seamless connectivity and intuitive interface make using the app a pleasure.

I am writing to suggest a potential enhancement for the Mercedes me app that I believe would greatly improve user experience and vehicle security.

Currently, the app offers the functionality to remotely open the car windows. While this is a useful feature, I propose an additional option that would allow users to open the windows to a specified minimal amount, such as 1-2 cm. This would enable effective ventilation without fully opening the windows, thus maintaining a higher level of security and reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Implementing this feature would be especially beneficial during hot weather, providing ventilation while ensuring that the vehicle remains secure.

Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable addition to the already excellent capabilities of the Mercedes me app.

Jedna se o zasadni funkci. Dnes to resim tak, ze nastavim baterii na 50% a pak musim myslet na to, ze klesne cena na spot trhu, tak musim zvysit uroven nabiti a auto se samo zacne nabijet. Nejde to ale delat v noci, kdy jsou ceny v zime nejnizsi kolem 3 hodiny. Jak by to melo vypadat? Vecer pred spanim dam auto do domaci nabijecky a v MB aplikaci si nastavim dobijeni od 3:00 do 5:00.
