MERCEDES-BENZ: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.

CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.

CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.

SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.

FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.

ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SERVICE PARTNER: Find a Mercedes-Benz partner near you quickly and easily and save your preferred partner in the app.

INDIVIDUAL OFFERS: For the best possible maintenance of your Mercedes, the Mercedes-Benz App provides you with an offer tailored to your vehicle.

With a Mercedes me ID, you can access services on the Mercedes-Benz App, even if your vehicle isn't connected.

Die App wird viel zu häufig umgestellt, dabei dann aber leider intern nicht richtig getestet. Man hat den Eindruck dass sich ein Startup mit 19-jährigen Gründern auf der Suche nach ihrer eigentlichen Dienstleistung erst noch austoben muss. Deutlich agiler sind da die Juristen:
Alle paar Wochen wird der Nutzer mit neuen AGB beglückt! Dinge, die die Welt nicht braucht… Schade, aber zum Glück funktioniert die Hardware.

J’ai acheté une Volkswagen  ID5 et cette Mercedes EQS et honnêtement pour la, différence de prix entre la Mercedes et la Volkswagen, je regrette de ne pas avoir acheté deux Mercedes. Entre les deux voitures c’est le jour et la nuit. La Mercedes met 10-0 à la Volkswagen.

Nice app (though the part where you activate services is extremely buggy, I've had to wait 6 months for them sort out bugs to activate services I paid for, but that's not the app's fault, only Mercedes' systems and poor customer service), but lacks functionality which would be extremely helpful, starting with widgets (e.g. with lock status, charge level, fuel level,...), Siri integration, full car customization (too partial currently).

Good effort though.

Leider funktioniert die App sehr oft nicht. Fahrzeugstatus ist teilweise falsch oder nicht abrufbar. 
Cooles Gadget aber leider nicht vertrauensvoll. Hatte mich öfters auf die App verlassen, und wurde dann enttäuscht.
Von Mercedes habe ich mir mehr erwartet.

Vielleicht ist es an der Zeit das IT-Department zu modernisieren.

man kann in der Navi-Funktion nur eine Route zu einem Ziel vorschlagen lassen, jedoch die Route ansonsten nicht weiter beeinflussen. Keine Zwischenzieleingabe möglich. 
Sehr schwach. Daher ziehe ich jetzt in der Bewertung 3 Sterne ab!
