MERCEDES-BENZ: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.

CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.

CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.

SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.

FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.

I like the app (preffer to use for most info except starting charging on public chargers, which is clunky and not convenient - need to confirm correct port is used - relyimg on cryptic IDs 🫣
Also UI can be confusing when searching for info/feature - ending in clicking around wildly in search for it. Keep it improving, good start & stuff.
Add Apple Watch feats too.
Update: unfortunately, the link to contact developer doesn’t work (connection timeout). App doesn’t reflect on taken maintenance appointment. It should refresh state and stop notifications when service done.

### *---- "Vždy nejaký problém"
Je to hrozné, ale po vlastníctve 2 Tesiel a aktuálne modelu BMW i7 a Mercedesu EQE je naozaj toto auto s touto aplikáciou absolútne mimo, čo sa spoľahlivosti týka. Predklimatizovanie/ predvyhriatie auta funguje štýlom aplikacia niečo zahlási, ale auto nevykoná, alebo štýlom “Na predchadzajucom príkaze sa pracuje” a aplikacia neurobí absolútne nič. Samozrejme, opätovne sa príkaz zadať nedá, lebo na príkaze sa pracuje. Čo sa týka odomknutie/zamknutia vozidla, to išlo z 50 pokusov hádam 2 krat, ale samozrejme, nikdy vtedy, keď som to naozaj potreboval. V praxi to vyzera tak, že keď si niečo zabudnem v aute a parkujem na ulici pri dome pod holým nebom, musím ísť od auta, ktorému “odoslem príkaz”, ale nakoniec pekne do domu pre kľúče od auta, aby som si ho mohol odomknúť. Keď ráno ide človek do auta, vlastne sa vždy modlí, či bude vôbec vyhriate. Alebo ak sedíte v kaviarni a rodina je pri aute, môžete si dat prechádzku, aby ste im odomkli auto a vy sa môžete vrátiť na stretnutie, pretože prečo by sa toto auto odomklo mobilom. Veď načo vôbec tuto funkciu prezentujeme a marketingovo komunikujeme. BMW - žiaden problém. Tesla - nikdy žiaden problém. Xiaomi kanvica na ohrev vody alebo roboticky vysávač - žiaden problém. Klimatizácia LG - super poslúcha apku. Ešte aj bezpečnostná kamera z Action za 19€ ma lepšie pripojenie a aplikáciu ako Mercedes. A to by som mohol v dnešnej dobe pokračovať. No a na záver je tu EQE - nefunguje takmer nikdy, ak to človek potrebuje. A ak nepotrebuje, niekedy “zafunguje”. 

PS: toto sa opakuje od 07/24. V servise na to pozerajú s prepáčením ako teľce, už vykonali asi 7 aktualizácii systému, no absolútne bez výsledku.

App sometimes bug and shows that doors are open or Windows or car is unlocked.. need to open everything or try things which showed opened. 

Kind of bad.

I will welcome to open roof or Windows via Apple Watch app too not only from IPhone..

dlhodobo nefunguje prepunanie aut v garazi vzdy treba zatvorit a otvorit app. Niekolko krat odinstalovana a znovu instalovana. Apka nieje vhodna ked mate viac aut.

Aplikácia komunikuje veľmi opozdene zistiť niekedy v akom stave je auto a kde sa nachádza je umenie. 
Mám auto aj od značky Kia a to sa nedá porovnať pri prihláseni do App zapnutí appky to je jedno mám hneď aktuálne informácie do 30 sekúnd. O čomkoľvek čo ta App ponúka od polohy, teploty nastavenia klími cez uzamknutie auta. 
A potom prídete do servisu Motor-car a pýtate sa na servisnú knižku že nemáme lebo je elektronická, že nové tecnológie. Vy len podotknete ok len preto lebo v kii ešte majú a prímací technyk Vám na to odpovie tam sú ešte za opicami a potom Vám nainštalujú App ktorá funguje tak 3 x do dňa. Kto je tu v akej dobe sa potom pýtam?

I live in Europe and bought a car 2 years ago, but I always use an iPhone with the Russia region, simply because sometimes I need to use services from Russia. And recently Mercedes blocked the use of the application if the Russia region is set in the phone. It would be better if you made a good application and fixed the errors than doing such nonsense.

Aplikácia graficky pekná.  Až na zopár momentov aj funkčná. 
No bohužiaľ keď ju porovnám s app ktorú má ku Tesle tak je tam obrovský priestor na progres. 
Napr: Prečo keď dám predklimatizovať auto musím nemám možnosť aj úpravy teploty ? Ale zapne sa tá ktorá bola naposledy v aute ?

Prečo je ku každému autu v aoke možné iba jedno konto a nie viac ?

Tak isto zmena % nabitia batérie aj cez appku by bola veľmi praktická . Takisto aj úprava amperov na diaľku. 

A je to ešte viac čo by sa dalo odkukať od Tesly. 
Toto je také to čo mi najviac chýba.

Everything works fine, but I would love a better way to select the active vehicle. I switch between different vehicles frequently and the current way takes too long and the swiping is kinda imprecise. Having a vertical list or a grid of vehicles accessible from the bottom navbar would be much better.
