## Mercedes Reviews in United States

### ***** "Temperature control"
I wish the app allowed the ability to adjust the temperature. Most cars do. Even my son’s Hyundai Elantra.
-- BL Waddell, 2025-01-03

### **--- "Hyper-screen Entertainment"
The app works fine but wanted to ask about the entertainment features on the HyperScreen.
The screen is amazing but it lacks entertainment apps and UI is not that great. Are there ways to stream Netflix/ Disney/ HBO max on the passenger screen while the vehicle is in motion as well as the main screen when the vehicle is in parked. The New RIDEVU app installed in the car isn’t free and it’s not worth buying or renting a movies on that when there are better streaming services already available. Are there any plans to incorporate those steaming services in the system similar to Apple Music / YouTube/ Spotify?
-- ZarD18, 2025-01-03

### *---- "New update is garbage"
Update erased everything. No “garage” to be found. After 15 months with this car, now being charged subscription fees for remote locking and remote start. Complete rip off.
-- McBazz, 2025-01-03

### ***** "Mercedes AI"
Much nicer ! The AI is like Alexa in the car! I love that’s it’s more interactive and you can ask it questions it even tells jokes. It’s great for long trips with kids ! I love the leaves in the fall the snow flakes and the confetti! Keep it up Mercedes ! The best or nothing ! Ps love this app too! Gives great updates and notifications.
-- Cmbild, 2025-01-02

### ***-- "Scam subscription"
I love the remote start and being able to unlock/lock my car from anywhere, but to have to pay over $100 a year is ridiculous. My parents just purchased a gorgeous bmw and they will never need a subscription. I also think if I’m paying then I should be able to do more, such as turning on the AC or heat. I used to be able to read the temperature in my 2016 GLC back when I had control over the app, but Mercedes decided to discontinue app access because it wasn’t 5G compatible. Who sells a car with remote start through the app as a perk but then discontinues it…$55,000 later.
-- Addemar1108, 2025-01-01

### ***-- "Convenient but glitchy"
Sometimes it will tell me my door is unlocked or that a door or window is open when it’s not. Also sometimes it won’t let me lock remotely because it says the car is running when it’s not. I also wish it would let me auto start with a 1/3 of a tank of gas.
-- JenTeep, 2025-01-01

### ****- "Good App, But Could Be Better"
App works very good especially for starting car and checking the status. However, it should allow you to set the temperature, turn on seat warmers and also close the windows if they’re not closed when you were trying to start it. Lastly, the two start limit is a bit annoying.
-- DJSocrates_USA, 2024-12-30

### ****- "Love the app with one exception. I have two sprinter vans and cannot modify their titles or picture"
Great app. Wish I could modify title and pic. I have two sprinter vans and have a hard time distinguishing between the two!
-- pepi-67, 2024-12-30

### ***** "Awesome app"
I don’t know what I would do without this app. Such a great feature.
-- bbouji, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Can’t even open/close charge slot from the app for GLC 350e"
Can’t even open/close charge slot from the app for GLC 350e
-- LRDY7, 2024-12-28
