Upshot is I cannot use the app on my device -- Bert Kost, 2025-09-06 ### *---- "App awful - forgets details" I am so frustrated having to reload password details as the app seems to forget the every couple of days, and gets stuck in an authentication loop. The only way to fix it is ‘log out’ and ‘log in’ again … but that only sorts things for about 24 hours. Please fix - not good enough for a major provider. -- BobcatNZ, 2025-07-05 ### *---- "Not great" Often hangs or forgets login details - have to repeatedly confirm pin and Face ID. Ok-ish when it works, but so regularly have to repeat verification it hardly seems worth it. -- faderc, 2025-06-15 ### *---- "App is useless" 0 Stars - app is useless constantly have to resign in with user name and password and the setup pin. When setup go to enter pin and getting spinning circle then have to resign up again and again . Told Mercer about but they not interested and said no intention to fix it and they only effect small number of customers. Their response just use the website. Very poor for large company that makes millions. -- adda4, 2025-04-18 ### **--- "Hopelessly unreliable" App often won’t open, and when it does acts like I have never logged on before having to set up Face ID & pin. Very frustrating -- Ebbdnz, 2025-04-17 ### *---- "Its a no from me" Constantly stuck pending on login screen. Need a new team on this app please -- MarkDeeBee, 2025-02-22 ### *---- "The worst financial app I’ve ever used" The content seems fine but I hardly get to see it. The system is difficult to log in to. Continuously whirring circle, crashing and getting logged makes it impossible to use. I’ve never done an app review before but wanted to give feedback in hope that it helps. I’d really like to use the app. I’m adding more!! I just read some previous reviews. People have been telling you the same thing for 2 years!!!! Why have you not listened?? Actually make that 3 years!! Wow!! -- Ohlahlah2, 2025-02-17 ### *---- "Horrible app" Impossible to log in, when you have it set up it constantly forgets you have it set up on your phone. Doesn’t remember updates. -- Grantbt, 2024-03-20 ### *---- "Can’t even login" Try to login. Sends code via sms. Switch to messages to get code and when you return back to app it asks to login again. Fail. Your poor app and clunky website it making me consider changing kiwisaver providers. -- matixnz, 2023-12-16 ### **--- "App keeps crashing" App keeps crashing when changing between accounts. Not optimised to mobile. -- Peejaycee001, 2023-10-07 [View all Mercer NZ reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Mercer NZ Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Finance | #217 | ## Apps Similar to Mercer NZ - [Milford](https://apptail.io/app/milford-fUV/new-zealand) - [Booster NZ](https://apptail.io/app/booster-nz-hUV/new-zealand) - [Forsyth Barr](https://apptail.io/app/forsyth-barr-hKvc/new-zealand) - [SBS Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/sbs-mobile-iKvc/new-zealand) - [Rabobank Online Savings NZ](https://apptail.io/app/rabobank-online-savings-nz-QYQc/new-zealand) - [NZHL Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/nzhl-mobile-banking-rGCh/new-zealand) - [State](https://apptail.io/app/state-DfDh/new-zealand) - [Rabobank NZ](https://apptail.io/app/rabobank-nz-vnpj/new-zealand) - [SBS Verify](https://apptail.io/app/sbs-verify-Ropj/new-zealand) - [Sugar Wallet](https://apptail.io/app/sugar-wallet-vssk/new-zealand) ## Mercer NZ Available In - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/new-zealand) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/australia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/belgium) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/china) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/germany) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/greece) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/india) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/kuwait) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/malaysia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/norway) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/poland) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/turkey) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/united-states) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/mercer-nz-qKvc/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
